Pradėjau dėlioti labirintą paplūdimyje. Suradau informaciją apie labirintus mano kaimyno menininko, italo gyvenačio Vokietijoje knygynėlyje. Västerbotten regiono katalogai publikuoti jau gan senokai pasirodė įdomūs. Švediškai ką mažai supratau, tačiau labirintų, laivų brėžiniai ir seni žemėlapiai pasufleravo man projekto idėją.

Project "Lappmarks"
Concept of the project is taken from published magazines “Västerbotetten” of region, which describes the unique culture of past life of Lapps and focus maps of changed borders, houses, of Sami people photos lived many years ago in this area. Project consists of two parts: maps are made in etching, soft ground, polymer techniques and installation in the Saxnäs peninsula. Jointly both parts of project are according to the same idea: the first part reflects Lappmarken nationality, locality (maps), existence, the second narrates symbolical trails of wandering.
